The monthly cost of the Ijara Home Purchase Plan may vary, depending upon a number
of factors including, the value of the property, the amount of downpayment, the term
of the payment and the Basic Rent. The Basic Rent is reviewed
on a yearly or quaterly basis with new monthly payments commencing thereafter. This illustration
does not take into account the cost of the Building Insurance (where applicable)
We guarantee that the Basic Rent will not be more than 3.5% above the Bank's 12 month or 3 month LIBOR (London
InterBank Offered Rate) at the time of recalculation. Any change in the Basic Rent (either up
or down) will be notified in writing to you.
