The monthly cost of the Manzil Buy to Let Home Purchase Plan may vary, depending upon
a number of factors including, the value of the property, the amount of downpayment, the
term of the payment and the Rental Rate, which is currently 6.99%. The Rental Rate is reviewed
on 1st April each year with new monthly payments commencing thereafter. This illustration does
not take into account the cost of the Building Insurance (where applicable).
We guarantee that the Rental Rate will not be more than 2.0% above the 12 month LIBOR (London
InterBank Offered Rate) at the time of recalculation. Any change in the Rental Rate (either up
or down) will be notified in writing to you.
