Ahli Bank QSC announces Islamic Banking Services in Qatar.
Ahli Bank QSC, which is strategically affiliated to Ahli United Bank BSC (AUB) has
announced the launch of Al Hilal Islamic Banking Services.
Al Hilal Islamic Banking Services offers customised Shari’ah compliant banking to clients
through dedicated branches throughout Qatar, with the first branch having opened on July
3rd 2006 in the Rayyan area.
Ahli Bank will utilize a Shari’ah compliant automated accounting system in order to ensure
transparency in all its financial operations.
A complete suite of retail, treasury and corporate banking services will be available through
Al-Hilal Islamic Banking Services branches including personal finance, auto finance, home
finance, current accounts, savings accounts and investment accounts.
With the launch of Al Hilal Islamic Banking Services, the existing Manzil Home Purchase Plans
offered by AUBUK were brought under the Al Hilal Islamic Banking Services brand.
