Another successful year ends.
By the grace of Allah (s.w.t), 2007 ends with another successful year for the Manzil team. AUBUK has successfully managed to increase its business levels for 2007 by 14%. In a market which has witnessed modest growth compared to the conventional market. Growth was achieved by proactive product marketing to our UK and ever-increasing Gulf client base, by increased penetration of the independent mortgage advisor market and by targeting high net worth individuals. Continued expansion of the AUB group has broadened our potential customer base, providing greater opportunities to cross sell our products. Primary focus on supporting and training our relationship managers remains paramount in delivering an unrivalled level of client service and satisfaction. In 2008, The Groups Al-Hilal Islamic Banking services arm will continue to inject fresh impetus while further product research and development will strengthen marketing among independent mortgage advisors.
